Do I really need a Twin Z pillow?
Table of Contents
#1: You want a place for your babies to rest outside of their nursery
A Twin Z pillow is a great option if you need to have a place to lay your babies down while you’re away from their nursery.
For instance, you’re in the living room for the afternoon and want your babies to be close by. The Twin Z makes it easy to bring the babies wherever you will go.
You can even toss it in the car and take it with you if you’re visiting family or friends so that while you’re there, if the babies aren’t being held, they have a nice cozy place to lay.
#2: You want an item that can do double duty
I think we all can appreciate a product that helps us in more ways than one, and the Twin Z pillow does just that.
Not only is it a cozy place to lay your babies, it can also be used as a twin mom nursing pillow. Or it can even allow dad or grandma or [insert anyone else here that’s not mom!] to easily help out by feeding both babies at the same time.
This Twin Z pillow is also perfect for a pregnancy support pillow. It can be used for tummy time with your infants, and toddler time once your babies are a little older.
This is the pillow that seriously does it all and accommodates the needs of your growing family.
#3: You like taking pictures of your twins together
Of course you do. Who doesn’t?
The Twin Z pillow is very convenient when it comes to taking those cute little milestone pictures of your babies, or just daily pictures of them being adorable in general.
A lot of photographers actually utilize a Twin Z pillow to drape a blanket over and use as the base to prop the babies on in order to take photographs.
This is great if you want to channel your inner photographer at home and stage some nice photos with your twins.
#4: You value eco-friendly, toxic-free products
The Twin Z pillow is foam free, hypoallergenic, lead free, contains no flame retardants, has no toxic smell, and no chemicals added. Seems like a win-win in our book.
#5 What would I personally recommend?
I would have loved to have had the Twin Z pillow. But, we used two Boppy pillows, plus the My Brestfriend nursing pillow instead.
Unfortunately, in 2021 they recalled our favorite Boppy pillow loungers due to suffocation hazards! I did not know this at the time, and thankfully our babies didn’t have any issues while using the Boppy pillows.
So, now, personally I would get a Twin Z pillow for nursing and a cozy place for them to rest when you’re not holding them. But I would also get two lounger pillows that can move around separately.
With all that being said, I think it is up to you and your unique situation as to which pillows you prefer. I have included the Twin Z Pillow on Twin Baby Registry® for you, as well as the My Brestfriend Double Nursing Pillow. But you can always customize it however you wish!
So if you needed to move the twins separately around the house (maybe Dad is watching Baby A in the office, while you’re in the bedroom with Baby B) then you’re easily able to do that.
I hope this will help you decide if the Twin Z pillow is right for you!
Our Twin Baby Registry will include both the Twin Z pillow, as well as the Baby Trend Retreat Twins Nursery Center, but you can always customize it however you wish!
